Help please recipe needed for shepherds pie

Hi as above really has anyone got a yummy recipe for shepherds pie that would be free on a red day?

dry fry some mince with onions and i love mushrooms but you dont have to add them then add tin of tomatos and an oxo cube once all cooked off put in a dish to one side.

cook some butter nut squash and some swede, (or carrot if you dont like butter nut squash) mash together and put on top of the mince mixture, then put in oven to reheat and enjoy

alternatively if you are doing and extra easy day substitute butter nut squash and swede for potato and mash with milk from hexa

use VLF nat yhogurt to make mash rather than milk, its free and it makes it nice n creamy x

I make it quite similarly to that..... mince, onion, tomato, garlic, carrots and stock using bovril. Then for the topping I do a swede and celeriac mash, yummy.
