I used to go to the one in Towerview on Monday evenings. There are two groups. One of them will be for you. Ann is fabulous, so supportive and encouraging. You won't be on your own as soon as you join up!

I have also heard good things about the group in St.Galls.

Wasn't overly fussed on the consultant who does millisle.... she did one of our towerview sessions.
