I have heard and read about things you can have on SS+ that are not in the book for example, the big flat mushrooms, Quorn chicken pieces.
What else are you allowed on SS+ that isnt in the book ?
thats it as far as i know, my book says just 'quorn' but you need to make sure you buy the pieces not the fillets as they have onion powder and other stuff in them that could bring you out of ketosis and make you hungry. theres also phsyllium (spelling?) husks which you can add to make porridge from shakes or thicken shakes up, theres a thread about them bouncing about somewhere
