Can i have bacon eggs mushrooms for lunch?

If im having pasta or rice for tea ?

would this be a mix to max?

and would i be allowed the 2 HEBs ?

yes thats right Kirsty you can have a red meal as you are for lunch then a green tea with rice and 2 OF A 2b.
