Nova's Food Diary..... come take a look!

I have decided to write a food diary to keep me on the straight and narrow. I've lost 7lbs so far (in 2 weeks), but I had a blow out last night and ended up binging on chicken and chips (post vino lol).
So its back to it today, to try and repair the damage caused and move forward. I've got a lot to loose, so this needs to be a lifetime change, not a 'DIET' x

I'm doing it online, so any constructive criticism/suggestions and motivation would be appreciated sooo much... although I've done SW before I'm not that confident I'm doing things right yet.... and EE has blown my head off lol

So, here is today...

Breakfast
Copious cups of tea with milk Hex a(to try and bring myself round)

Lunch
Roast med veg (courgettes, red onion, peppers) with basil and oregano and fry light
Tomato pasta n sauce

Tea
Lean mince (rinsed)
carrots swede onion mushrooms
bunged in slow cooker with tin toms bovril and herbs
potatoes


thats it so far, so is this an extra easy day? and have I got enough superfree foods in there for EE to work?

I reallt want to try EE but I am a bit scared of not eating enough superfree foods. Any thoughts most definately welcome!
