welcome, you have done the right thing in starting this diet and also finding this site. It has been the best part of this diet that we can come on here and get motivated, inspired, support and give the same in return. Try all the shakes, soup and flapjacks, they are all worth having a try of, as we all have different tastes.
I weigh in on a monday also so will keep a look out for your post when you weigh in, not long now. As you can see from my signature I started at 20 stone 5lb and now 7 weeks on I am 17 stone 5lb, so exactly 3 stone in that short length of time. I am looking to lose 8 - 9 stone in total also, so there are a few of us on here with that to lose. Keep coming on here, even if you don't post initially but it does help to keep you focussed.
