Lost my first 7lbs and would love to show it off with a silver 7. Trouble is I'm clueless on how to get one. Any info would be great!

i know that bear had one, cos it disappeared yest when she had a small gain, you could ask her-other than that i dont know-sorry!

You need to go to a post where someone has a silver seven in their signature and copy and paste it into your signature

Twiggy has one.

Well done on your silver 7!! I think being a little kid should be encouraged. I have a gold or silver star for my book for every 1lb i lose and i shiney one for every 1/2 stone or stone. I am aware that i am about as cool as they come but i wouldn't change it. Whatever helps you eh. So keep at it and i look forward to seeing your next silver 7 x x
