Newwie...cooked or uncooked?

Hi all,

I started the diet last saturday on the 790 cal plan. I have been eating a bit more protein than i should be but i exercise 300 cals a day will this hinder my weight loss?........Also the weight of protein to eat in the booklet e.g 250 grams quorn is that cooked or uncooked?
