Have decided to start this as I keep having a really good day, but then blowing it in the evening.
Am now 6lbs over my lowest weight, and as that was less than a stone down from where I started in blooming December, I need a kick up the arse. I'm starting to doubt that I do know my way round this plan and that I am doing something wrong.
1 July
B - 2 x Alpen Light bars (HExB)
L - prawn salad, brown roll (HExB), butter (HExA), banana
S - banana, Muller Light
D - chicken, potato wedges (syns ?), green beans
S - Twix ice cream bar (10.5), Walkers Baked (7.5)
2 July
B - apple, banana, Muller Light, Alpen Light bars (HExB)
L - Tesco Veggie Sushi (1.5 syn), Walkers Baked (7.5 syns)
S - apple, banana
D (planned) - Pasta 'n' Sauce with sweetcorn and maybe ham (HExA) added
