I was wondering how much i could expect to lose,i am wanting a boost before I go on holiday on the 27th July and was wondering ho much i could expect to lose in that time, I weight 15st 6lbs now. Any help would be apprieciated

I think it is possible to lose a stone in that time. I think the average weight loss on the CD is 1 stone a month. Anything extra is a bonus! Are SS?

your going away on my b dayyyyyyy and yes a stone is probably doable if not, then close to that if ss

Yes i agree with the others, approx a stone, could be more due to the usual big loss the first week, just have a look at lost of peoples profiles and see how they have done, might help.
