How many calories in a bacon roll

Hi everyone,

Im away for a few days and have just been bought and i ate a bacon roll.

Normal white roll with margarine then 2 rashers of bacon and a bit of red sauce. How many calories do we think so i know how careful i need to be for the rest of the day?

Depends on the size of the roll! but a white roll is approx 260 cals, grilled back bacon is 65 cals per rasher then your margarine and ketchup will push it up too.

Perhaps 450 calories depending on how much marge and how the bacon was cooked.

Dear Lord, wnt be indulgin in one of those again, thats half me cals gone! BUT i wont be eating much more today anyway apart from my tea so can have a good tea really long as i dont snack

Well you could just do an hours brisk walking or something to burn off the excess calories
