Hi, im 30 years old, medically obese, and have a very hard time excercising. I know that I need to in order to lose weight, it just requires so much exertion. Anyone have any recommendations or alternatives?
ive just started taking thermobol by maximuscle, havnt taken it long enough to know whether its helping but i am losing weight well. its got green tea, cayenne, bitter orange peel and some other stuff thats supposed to help mobalise fat and speed up metabolism. acai berries are supposed to help as well.
