Hi everyone, I've been browsing around all morning so thought i'd join up and join in
2day is day 1 of Slimming World (3rd attempt). The reason its my 3rd attempt is all my own fault and nothing to do with the SW plan, which I think is great. My usual thing to do is lose a stone or 2 and slip back into flab (and this time, lots of it!)
So no more!!! 2day is that day that I've been waiting for for about a year. The clear head making me want to do something about my weight, and not just because someone has told me to, or them pants became too tight...
Everything I've read up to now has been really inspirational and you all seem to be doing really well on your journeys. Heres hoping im another success story for the site! haha
Im not currently in a SW class, so will try for the time being to work alone as im pretty clued up with the plan. And this site seems like a huge help with Syns etc.
I have 18 weeks to lose ALOT of weight.
Im off to Oz in Nov and need to shift this bod! So this evening I will weigh myself (gulp) and sort out a tracker thingy so I can see what will be 'hopefully' coming off...
