Once you get to goal, do you have to keep using WW, are you on WW for life? Surely if you stop pointing the weight will come back on?
 
its your choice - once you get to goal weight, you should be used to eating less and feel less like you are on a diet. Really, keeping to healthy choices should help you to maintain around your goal weight - some people stick to pointing to help them if they struggle, but you should do what suits you x
 
I would certainly say keep an eye on the points - yes, she is speaking from bitter experience!!!

its too easy to put the weight back on if you don't. You can add about 6 pts a day and see how you get on - if you put on weight, then cut back, if you still lose, add one or two more till your weight stabilises.

Then if you use up extra with exercise, you can eat them :D

You don't have to keep using WW but you will need to do something. I had been maintaning for about 2. The first month I pointed and the 2nd I didn't. On the 2nd month I sneaked a few lbs back on.
