I'm still trying to get my head round extra easy! Today I've had 2 slice w'meal bread and grilled bacon and salad, for tea it'll be new pots and lean pork chops and veggies. I'm a wee bit stuck with lunch! Can I have a Batchelors pasta n sauce and not have to count any syns? (its a syn free one). Could I have a wee bit chicken with it? Is that too much? My snacks will be fruit or muller light.

It seems a lot when written down! How does it sound to you?

Cheers

That sounds fine. You've not used your Hex A so you can use that for the milk in your pasta sauce and then you've not used any syns at all all day....crazy isn't it?

Just FYI, but try making a coating for your pork chops by mixing together 1 tsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of honey, 1 tsp of soy sauce and throw in some herbs. Mix it all together and brush onto the chops as you cook them, brushing them again throughout cooking them. It should cover 2-3 chops and only cost you about 1.5 syns for 1 chops worth. It tastes bloody lovely.

Yep, thats sounds good. You gotta love EE!!!

Thanks x

Out of interest, how many syns in 4 oz s/s milk?
