Question about starting

I have decided to start Cambridge Diet again.........I am thninking of doinging slowely at first and do 790 plan for a week before SS, will i be in ketosis when doing the 790 plan

Probably is the best answer!

Most people are in ketosis if they stick to what's allowed on the 790plan - but some people are ultra sensitive and don't go into ketosis on 790 - so can't guarantee it. A lot of people actually stay on 790plan totally and lose near enough the same as on SS.
