I have just started CD today and hoping to get inspiration and support from this site.
I have loved reading the threads so far and I'm so impressed by how much love is out there from all you fab people.
I am a 38 year old woman with a long suffering husband and a 14 year old son
I have started today weighing in at 14st 11 pounds. I have been overweight for more years than I care to think about.
I will start a diary thread later today and put up an advert for a team to join.....more info to follow.
