Hi everyone

My mouth has felt like it has hair in it for the past three days and it's horrible! Has anyone else experienced this? I'm SSing, drinking all my water and then some, using a freshbreath spray during the day and a mouthwash morning and evening - it's driving me mad!

Hang in there... its something you do experience at the beggining.. its not nice but it does go I promise.
Keep drinking that water and using that mouth spray and before you know it that taste will go away.

The results will be so worth a few weeks of hairy mouth! But yes, it's pretty much par for the course but it DOES pass! xx

Hi, yep I had that too, called it carpet tongue because it felt like I had been licking one lol. It does go after 2-3 weeks and I too hated it, made me feel really yuk and smelly but my Hubby said I didin't thank god. Good luck, stick with it-it's really worth it. Zoe xx

Thanks everyone, I think! It's reassuring to discover I've not developed some weird tropical disease, not so nice knowing that I have to put up with it for a while Funnily enough I didn't wake up with it this morning but it seemed to appear after my first shake.

Hi Minxie, yep I used to find that. It' almost as if it's the tatsebuds that are affected. Maybe they get bigger hunting for their usual stimulation and remain big (giving us furry tongue) until they get the message that they are not getting notthing but shakes and go back to normal lol. Zoe xx
