Well i've given it a go but looks like tomorrow's weigh in will be either a sts or a gain. :cry:.
This week i have seen Take That (lots of wine) been to a conference (lunch had absolutely nothing suitable for EE plan so went for damage limitation) Went to theatre and meal (no excuses here but i did enjoy myself!).
Have walked more and stuck to plan at all other times but my evil scales are saying i've put on 1. Am so dissapointed in myself.....
