Ive had a very lazy and boring weekend..been sleeping loooads, and lazing on the sofa, not gone to the gym at all.

Anyway im craving a spag bol, i'm TECHNICALLY on a red day today, but im going to make it an extra easy purely because of the cravings hehe

today i've had:

Breakfast: 3 pieces of healthy living bacon
a fried tomato, fried onions..and 3 fried eggs (all with fry light!!!)
followed by 2 alpen light bars, muller light, hartleys jelly pot and a packet of french fries...

and i just realised how awful my food intake has been today!!! *eats banana*

so yeah i want a spag bol, am gonna make the mince with stock cube, peppers, onions, green peas...
is this ok? argh i have been slacking off

You have had your one healthy B and unless you have had milk you need a healthy A. I often go fairly neutral until my evening meal. Enjoy your spag bol x

If I'm right you've used your HeB, you have your HeA still to use and you've used 4.5 syns on your french fries. So what's wrong with that???

How do you usually make your Spag Bol? I'm making one for dinner tonight. I'm cheating today though and using a jar of Ragu. 8 syns but split 4 ways so only 2 syns for me.
I cook my mince off, strain any fat or juices. Put mince in slow cooker, add onions, carrots, condensed tom & garlic puree, tsp of beef bovril, italian seasoning and garlic with a little water. Cook and reduced water off. Add tin of toms and jar of ragu and cook on low heat for a couple of hours. I have mine with wholemeal spaghetti and some parmesan cheese on top. 3.5 syns for the whole lot :D

Depending on how you cook yours your syns should be just fine and may even have enough for a little dessert. I've frozen a muller yoghurt as everyone else will be having ice creams later.

I heard you need to have a certain amount of veg/superfoods on EE?

i cook the veg, so throw in some onion, peppers, chopped carrot maybe..and then a few herbs, once these are cooked i then add the mince and brown it, add a beef stock cube, then add some passata and leave to simmer for around 10mins...and bobs your uncle!

The onions, toms, garlic, carrots, Mushrooms???, peppers are all superfree foods and the mince and spaghetti are free foods. I'm not sure but I think Passata is classed as a free food too, it's certainly syn free. So if you do it right without a jar of ragu (unlike me  ) it can be totally syn free. ;)

Passata is free. Hope you enjoyed your EE, it's great for having "proper" dinners, the veg (superfree) thing is not compulsory it's a suggestion for making sure you get your veges and lose well. Your day seems fine as well so crack on mate!
