why can't we bottle will power+determination!??

Feeling strong and positive today, have been back on track for 4days now (after last weeks good wi -5lb, and then I had a blip at the weekend)
I am feeling this diet is soooo easy today I feel as though nothing will get in my way and will easily get to my pre wedding goal of 11.3.(9lb to go)

so why is it that in the blink of an eye, these feelings just dissapear and CB can take hold with out you even knowing shes about???
I so wish we could bottle determination and will power and when we are feeling a bit deflated we could take a swig and would be back on top of the world!

As I posted to a newbie yesterday this really is the easiest and yet hardest diet in the whole world!!!!!!!!

Anyway enjoying the feeling of elation today....any one else on cloud nine today???
