A good Combo???

Hi everyone,
I thought of using Adios tablets whilst on Slimfast. Anyone done this or had good results on Adios? Any views please? Thanks !

I did try adios for a little while when I first used slimfast a few years ago, but tbh I didn't see it was making any difference so stopped using it!

Hmm, thanks Stirky. I bought some a while ago and didn't use them. I will try for a few weeks and see what happens, although it will be hard to tell whether any of the weight loss will be due to the Adios. My thinking right now is just to lose the weight! Will keep you posted
