Narrows things right down!

I am making dinner for myself and a friend on Sunday evening and it has to be SW friendly and gluten free.

So far I have the idea to do -

Quorn chicken, fried pepper and onion swekers with SW potato wedges seasoned with chilli powder and corn on the cob

And for later on when we are chatting/watching a movie I am going to do a bowl of SW chilli potato crisps with a dip made from natural virtually fat free yog

I think that should be good enough, yeah? I have been racking my brain! :p

*** too late - I mean celiac !!!

my mum is ceoliac and ive made various meals for her which are SW friendly (she doesnt need to loose weight but it was just easy to do the same as me lol!).

Fortunately my Mum isn't fragile when it comes to dairy products and she can have;

Flat mushroom omellete with SW chips.
Rice noodles with veg stir fry
pea and ham soup
Egg salad
Chicken wrapped in bacon with salad/veggies and SW chips if necessary
salmon fillet served with salad and SW chips
Quorn chilli and rice (tho got to be careful as to how how i make it)

I'm aware i posted slightly too late lol. But i hope this helps others xxxx

You need to be careful on the quorn front as a lot of quorn isn't coealic friendly (I was test for coealiac last year and my doctor warned me that as a veggie I might have to give up virtually all quorn) - have a look on their website I'm pretty sure theres something on there about what products have gluten in.
