Got bored so I made up a silly poem, lol

Lots of meat, low carbohydrates
set of scales which infuriates
criticism from your mates
as they sit and polish off their plates.

I'm leaner,faster, fitter now
feeling great and slimmer, "wow"
I'm eating well and loving life
and a bonus is, so is my wife.

I'm half the man that I used to be
but now I feel so much more me
I look in the mirror and now I smile
that has not happened in a while.

When you are having a hard time
just think of this here little rhyme
It may be corny, yet it is quite true
keep striving for that better you.

I'm proud to call you all my friends
the encouragement and recommends
there's inspiration by the score
come on guys let's hear some more.
