help needed

Hi everyone
I just rejoined here. I am useless at self disicpline and would like suggestions on the plans you are using to lose weight.
i dont know much about using plans etc so any help would be appreciated
 
Welcome to the forum, good luck with your weight loss.

I am doing the red & green plan. I am in my 6th week now and I have found that this suits me best, I do 2 maybe 3 green days and the rest red, I think it is a matter of trying the plans and seeing which one works best for you, good luck to you.
 
Hi I'm doing Rosemary Conley and have lost 7stone. Diet and exercise is the key.

I am a re-joiner for slimming world, and I too am hopeless when it comes to discipline.

I am mainly on green days with the odd red thrown in.

If you can get on to their website then I would highly recommend it, I think it is great and there are loads of recipes and success stories. Found this site yesterday though which is also brilliant!!
