I lost 3lb this week, goodness knows how, I was sure I wouldnt have lost that much!

Im pretty happy about it but other events like MJ and my friend passing away last night have made it seem less significant.

I managed to lose another 1lb this week which I am pleased with as it brings to my first stone lost.
