well i am on day 30 and i lost 3.5 lbs this week but i have been rubbish with my water and i have skipped a few shakes so my CDC said this will slow my loss down :cry: but i have still lost 1&1/2 stone in 4 weeks so i am happy

i am off for a girlie weekend and i am staying 100% SS while they stuff their faces and get drunk but i have my goal in mind and i am not worried i will be keeping my camera handy

Had mine today. I've lost nothing this week. I knew I hadn't but I HAVE lost inches again. I seem to lose more inches than lbs so far. Wish I could lose lots like some of the others on here.

i lost no inches this week :-(
but we will get there slowly and steady and keep it off

Yes Kerry, I'm not giving up. It has to go at some point! I read somewhere that weeks 3-4 can be like this so hopefully next week will be better for us both.

3.5 pounds is great just think thats half a stone a fortnite u cant complain bout that xx

wow this is an old thread I am on week 18 now and still getting there it was hard going at first but I am still plodding along just lol
