i normally shop at tesco but have the chance to go to asda tomorrow, is their any bargins i should look out for and what can i get from there thats 'free food'?

Their cans of pop are cheaper than Tesco - diet coke, coke zero etc, not ow brand. I also buy their own smartprice veg and fruit. I always find that our Tesco's fruit and veg go off quicker.
I cant think of anything else at the moment!

there healthy living packets of dried pasta with tomato and mozerella are lovely, and reasonably priced - they are not free on green, but are only a syn or two and really good to have in your drawer/cupboard for a quick and tasty snack

savory rice is on offer cant remember what offer but i noticed them there today, also low in fat super noodle, muller light yoghurts are too. xxxx
