How much balsamic???

On 1000 cal step 3a, I'm going to do some Quorn for my tea; mixed with some courgette, a little chilli and herbs and some balsamic vinegar, done in the oven in foil.

I've mainly used balsamic in dressings e.g. with olive oil, pepper and herbs but never like this.

How much balsamic should I use? I'm guessing sprinkle over the top before wrapping the parcel up, but what sort of quantity do you think?
