ok sorry if this is in the wrong part of the forum, and also sorry if it doesn't make sense!

Right I started a diet and exercise plan 3 weeks ago today.
I went to the gym and got weighed but the guy did it in kg and I weighed in at 132kg. I then weighed myself at home and my scales said 300lb exactly (I like to weigh in lbs)
But today I converted my start weight from kg into lbs and it works out at 291lbs. So thats why Im confused.
I thought my start weight was 300. But according to the gym guys scales my start weight was 291.
So far Ive lost 14lbs on my scales but now Im confused as to what my start weight was.
I know it seems silly and probably unimportant but I wanna know what weight I really am!
Whose scales do I go by??
Please help!

Did you weigh on both scales on the same time (i.e. did you get on your home sclaes just before visiting the gym for the first time)?

my advice would be to follow your scales for everyday weight loss ( if you go on the scales regulary) but weigh officially on the gym scales; make sure you weigh yourself on you home scales immediately before heading for the gym scales, wearing same clothes, trainers etc for a direct comparison.
