restarting tomorrow

hi guys started ll 09/05 and swopped after 100 days to cd stuck with it till april 06 where i had lost 6 stone i then decided to give up the fags and ended up piling on the pounds started smoking in dec xmas time so now it is time to battle the weight again have booked my holiday to turkey flying 4th june 15 weeks today so am restarting cd tomorrow
have 10 days worth of packs 16 litres of fizzy water loads of peppermint tea and green tea i knwo its gonna be hard 1st few days but i know the results will be good i will need as much help along the way so wish me luck is there anyone else starting tomorrow ???? kerry xxxxx

:cry: im sooooooooo peeed offf supposed to be feeling great as back on track from today well everything is going wrong had to take the bin out in peeing rain when bf is here then hes knicked another pack of my cigs i cant change the bloody title of my thread despite following minis instructions and i feel like bursting into tears btw think it may be totm Ialso keep losing my threads as there never on new posts or summary arrrggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh:cry:
