Hi guys,
I met my CDC for the first time today and went through everything. I'm looking forward and cannot wait to start, next monday It was really informative and I completely understood everything she said, thanks to minimins

Excellent news. Try not to have a Last Supper before you start - it seems like a good idea at the time. Let me tell you...it is Not. (LOL!)

Loads of great support and encouragement from everyone here - plan to be here a lot, it really helped me get through week 1.

LizS my last supper will kind of be on the Friday, as it's my birthday so I'll try to be good on Saturday and Sunday
