I'm off to Lidl at lunchtime today please can anyone tell me what are good buys?

What's free on original, green and ee?

Do they have any yoghurts that are free?

Hope you can help, need to get some stocks in at work as i'm desprately near to going off the rails.

Free on red -

dulano chicken breast slices
grangedale honey roast ham
gut frielingshof marinated turkey fillets, frozen
holly view ready to eat chicken tikka breast slices
holly view ready to eat chinese chicken breast slices

Free on green -

combino spaghetti alla napoli, dried
gut frielingshof potato puree, dried
ternery thai jasmine rice, dried

Free on both -

cologran granulated sweetner
linessa natural cottage cheese, light

all their yoghurts seem to be quite high - about 3.5-6 syns each i'm afraid

i think your best bet is to mainly buy the raw ingredients then add to it, then you can make your own syn-free versions of your favourite meals - that's what i do most of the time :)

hope that helps! :)

Oops! lol.. you beat me to it! :D

they do a lovely cream cheese that you can use like quark, actually think it is quark under another name, group leader said it was free, great on crispbreads
