What an exhausting day ive had!!!

Today, i decided to sort out my wardrobe with the plan to remove all clothes that are now too big for me and throw anything that im not going to wear (even if its a few sizes smaller than i am at present)

Ive thrown away 5 bin bags full of clothes.

Ive had a fun day though, as i got to try on everything to make sure it was too big (or too small) and to my surprise, im now the same size as i was when i got married in 2006....my wedding dress fits me again!

I didnt realise how many clothes i had, ive got a new wardrobe now.

Plus, ive had to make space ready for my big shopping trip at the end of july to the bullring in birmingham for new clothes.....well im still having this treat even though im unlikely to fit my new clothes a few weeks later with this amazing diet that just melts away the fat! Maybe ill buy everything a size smaller and put up with the muffin top and 4 boobies for a few weeks! ha ha ha

Well worth doing, its a massive motivator.

Yep, I had a 7 hour clear out a few weeks back and it's the best feeling ever. Having tried on the 3 tops i'd hung up to try at goal, i tried them today for fun and they fit!!!! You're right it's like having a brand new wardrobe and is such a brilliant feeling to get rid of all the stuff we've had to wear while carry extra weight.

Can't wait to get to goal and shop for new stuff. Some of my favourite skirts that are huge now (as in they wouldn't stay up) I am going to get altered at goal as they were especially designed for me. But I'll have them re-shaped.....lots to look forward to.

Not sure about the muffin top and 4 boobs lol xxx

I love doing that, i'm only on my first week still but can't wait to lose some weight so I can have a clear out, it's very liberating!!

I did the wardrobe clear out - limiting myself to just a few work clothes, and getting rid of all the stuff that I've clung onto for months/years... such as a size 8/10 work jacket that used to fit me - yeah like 10 years ago..... !!!!
My current clothes now have room to hang nicely and not get all screwed up and I have bought myself some new skirts for work - in my current size... I have not worn a skirt since my youngest son was christened, 3 years ago.
My work colleagues won't know what has hit them next week when they discover that I have legs !!!
