Whats the 'Cambridge diet cheat+ slimming pills' on ebay?

Without even seeing it, I would say that if you are sticking to the plan 100% there is no need for any 'cheat' products coz your'e not cheating! Plus once you're in ketosis you won't be hungry as Ketosis acts as a natrual appetite suppressant anyhow... plus you won't loose weight any quicker than being on a vlcd...

Would be interesting to have a look at the product tho..

I assume the cheat sheet will give you a list of products like Chicken which won't affect ketosis.

But if it isn't in the yellow or the pink book that your counsellor gives you then don't do it!

Hun - I wouldn't buy any slimming products off ebay if I were you! Esp not pills - they're a con.

Just stick to your CD plan and you'll be healthy and happy and slim!

I agree with the others hun, no need to waste any money on pills that may do more harm than good. If you are gonna buy supplements, I would only buy them from a reputed chemist or health food shop, as they have regulations to adhere to. But most of these are appetite suppressants and you won't need them on this plan because your appetite will naturally disappear once you're in ketosis.

The only thing that I would ever take is kelp, as it speeds up your metabolsim rather than stimulates your appetite. Its a natural herbal remedy recommended by my doc. But even then I would check it with my CDC first!
