ok, so for the last week i had been craving KFC! really really bad!!! and it seems its advertsied everywhere - on my bus stop, on TV, and whats worse is that i work opposite one!! so have to endure the smell everytime i walk to and from work!

so i decided to take a look on their website and check out the calorie content of their food - kidding myself that i might be ok by having some! and OMG, its so high in cals!! so if you ever fancy some fast food - go onto the website and take a look - it will def put you off!!
 
Has any one tried the pizza express salad/pizza meal. about 500cals good choice if u are going out and want to feel like u wanna be naughty but u can easly fit 500 cals into ur days count!
 
I am steering clear altogether still, i have had the odd subway low al melt which is gorgeous for low cals :)
 
I'm loving subway's low fat options. The Veggie Delite is just a smidge over 200 calories for a gorgeous 6 inch sub. I do have the sweet onion sauce on mine, though, not sure how high it is, but the lovely young chap at my local assures me it's low in fat. Sometimes I take mine home and stick some quorn chicken slices in it (about 10 a slice!), serve it up with a box of baby plum tomatoes, and it really is rather delicious.

So nice to have something tasty -and- low. :)
 
Will sweet onion teryaki sub is 350 so it wnt be too much over i dont think to have that sauce
 
Im definitely going to check the websites! Thanks for that thought Darling09. But im not that worried about Subway, always order the sweet onion teryaki. 350 cals? Thats great!

Yeah, its lovely! You get a hole in the middle filled with delicious salad. The pudding is delicious too. Frozen yogurt with a chocolate flake & strawberries. Yum!

OP, it is hard. Think why you are craving it & if you really want it, save up your calories & treat yourself. Its all about give & take not punishing yourself. My method is to think of the fats oozing out the meat. Puts me off a treat. ;)
 
HAHA we were in mcdonald's the other day and it was interesting to see that they have put the calorie content on the boxes now, we had a big mac (with no chips for me thankyouverymuch) and some friends who are on weight watchers had a 'big tasty', they almost spat it out when they saw it has like 900 calories in it...... haha mental!

Never going back!
 
OMG sooooo yesterday we ordered pizza. in total we got five, we picked them up and bought them home, when opened saw the two were very over cooked [burnt] so phone call later sorted, they are going to delivery new pizzas. 3 pizzas, so now we have so much leftovers.... YUMMY PIZZA stuffed with calories
