Off to Aldi in a little while to get some fruit and veg, but I would like to pick up a low syn ready meal to eat before going to the cinema tonight.

I know the gammon in chilli is free (and delish!) but does anyone know if any of the other packaged meat is free or very low in syns? Any help would be great :) Thanks in advance

I've tried the Tuna steaks from Aldi and they are really delicious especially the ginger and sesame...

I got the honey and mustard pork steaks. Does anyone know how many syns in those. I wish I'd got the red apple and onion relish ones now, but thought they'd have lots of syns in :(

Thanks for your help everyone. I had to put something in the oven so having the gammon ones again, same as last night. Can't believe I saw so many free ones and thought they would have syns. I hope having the same meal two nights running wont disupt my weight loss too much :( I'm so thick sometimes

Still be really grateful if anyone can find the syns for the honey and mustard pork loins as they are now in the freezer! I think they might be 2.5, but didn't want to risk it as cals/20 made them about 15!!
