Hi everyone hope it's ok to join you as I am a man :eek:

Are there are any other men here? :confused:

I'd love to lose weight and I've made a start.

1lb a week is my goal

I weigh myself every week

So far lost 6lbs over six weeks

Just using healthy living food: more fruit & veg, more exercise, less chocolate, biscuits etc.

Trying to eat more GL foods as well

Any advice will be gratefully received

Takes my weekly average to 1.21 lbs since I started 7 weeks ago.

All the walking and cycling I have been doing is paying off
 
Well done - it's may seem like an uphill battle but it's worth the effort.
