I am bloody freezing espec my hands and feet!

I am on day 10.. and today ive bn really cold.. have a big hoody on as well as socks but cant warm up!

I was exactly the same around Day 10 - bit of a shock for me as I'm usually really hot all the time It passed after a few days though

Week 7 for me and I'm sitting with a thick fur throw wrapped around me. Midsummer's day???? Come off it.
I can't wait for the hot flushes to start - at least my husband may be able to turn the heating down then

I had really cold hands and feet in the first couple of weeks at nighttime. Even wore socks to bed one nigt which i never do
