They are amazing indeed!!! Amazing also if sauteed slowly with some garlic paste, then sprinkled on raw salad. Very, very tasty.
To be honest, I use mushrooms quite often to 'fill' out my lunches and meals. I sometimes buy raw mushrooms, but also always have canned button/sliced mushrooms in the cupboard. Very low kcal, and very hunger satisfying!
Another great one when feeling slightly peckish - is to eat a whole Baby Gem Lettuce. It's about 17kcal, and fills you up too. So if you're ever tempted to reach for something... reach for the lettuce!
