ss+ no doctors involved?

Laurie

MM addict
Hi i've done CD before and didnt need a dr's note. Now i understand you do.
I've neen looking up on the diet and read that if you do ss+ which is 615 calories my doctor doesnt have to know.
Might sound silly question but i dont like my doctor i have no medical conditions and would rather no one else know.
Please can someone advise me on this ... and actually let me know what ss+ is

thank you

ss+ is 3 shakes a day and a low cal meal

My understanding of Dr's note being needed is if you have a bmi of over 40. If your below that you will not need a signature.

Hugs x x x

You will still need a note if you are on any prescribed medication.

.

hey laurie:) - if you're questioning/confused about any part of what you've researched, my suggestion would be to go ahead and contact a cdc (drop 'em an email - easy-peasy!)...you're going to have to talk with one anyway to get any of the program's supplies!

p.s. the way i've interpreted info on the website - it is a requirement for a cdc to send a letter of notification to one's doctor if one goes on the ss or ss+ program, regardless of bmi.
