PORRIDGE QUERY!!

I have a box of Tesco Healthly Living Porridge Oats, which contain wheatbran and prebiotics - the box contains 8 x 30g servings.

My question is can I have one of these for a HEXB?

I have already worked them out at 3 syns @ serving on Red, Green & EE.
