OMG If I use white rice and pasta should I syn it on what ever plan I am on, and is only wholemeal pasta and brown rice free. PLEASE tell me white is free PLEEEEEEAAAAAASE, I hate brown stuff. XXXX

Pasta is only free on Green I thought whether it be white or wholemeal, I may be wrong, but someone will advise you.

I eat white rice and pasta on a geren day and its free....

White rice and pasta, as long as they're dried, are free on Green and EE.

Yep - it has to be brown pasta if it's used as a HEX B on a red day. Rice is not allowed as a HEX B on a red day no matter what sort it is, it has to be synned.

So charlottegrace, if you are on green or EE then you can eat white pasta and rice for free. Yippee for you!!!!!!!!
