WARNING!!!

This information came through to my police station yesterday.

A woman visited the toilet in John Lewis and hung her bag on the back of the door, whilst in the cubicle, a hand suddenly appeared over the top and grabbed her bag off the hook.

She immediately reported the incident to the head of security, who in turn informed the store manager.

A couple of days later she recieved a call from the head of security to say her bag had been found without her purse, so she arranged a convenient time to go an meet the store manager to collect her things.

On arriving at the store at the agreed time, the manager was not expecting her and niether was the head of security.
No one from the store had actually called as her bag has still not been found.

When the lady got home, her house had been burgled with no sign of forced entry.

We believe the robbers have used her driving licence for the address and her own keys to let themselves in.

This is a real story and just shows how complex bag snatching crime has become.

Please be extra vigilant ladies when you go shopping this sort of crime is on the increase.

This is awful - thank you for the warning. (Bloody Northerners!!!) LOL

How terrible. Makes you angry when you think about it. These low life scum who don't want to go out and work but want to steal and deceive off poor innocent hard working people.
Don't get me going on this one, I will be going on for hours.

:D Most shops around here have put them on the side now, just shows you cant even have a pee in peace :D

So she had her bag stolen (including her house keys) and didn't think to change the locks?
I was thinking the same, the first thing I would have done was cancel all my cards then phone the locksmith, poor woman though.
