Ok... I've lost 9lb in 4 week, but they were -

4.5lb 1st week
2lb second week
2.5lb third week
STS this week

My sister however, started at 1.5st LESS than me (so theoretically i should lose slightly faster) on the same day as me and has lost 9.5lb, with two parties and going over her syns by about 150!

The difference between us both? I do mostly green and red days with a couple of EE thrown in occasionally. She does solely EE!

She's always eating lovely platefuls of food that i feel envious over, but i assumed (foolishly now, it seems!) that losses would be slower on EE as you can eat so much! It seems i was very wrong, so for the next week i'm going to be following EE every day.

I must admit that i'm a bit scared, as whenever i've had an EE day in the past i've felt like i'm eating loads (too much for a diet!), and i'm terrified of gaining next week... :cry:

But it's worth a shot isn't it? :hmm:

How has everyone else found their losses with EE compared to the red and green plans?
 
I did EE last week and had the same worries as you. i tried it as Judimac on here has had great losses, and always seems to have plenty. Now given it was a star week i thought that might impact too but i lost 2lb, which i was well schuffed with as some days i have been so stuffed i can hardly believe i've not gone wrong! I haven't gone mad on portion sizes though, and i've stuck to at least a 3rd of my main meal being superfree and my snacks have nearly always been superfree too. I think it's great!

I have the odd EE day and really enjoy them when I do, but like you I worry that it wont work for me so I try not to do two or more a week. Hope you get on ok with it.
 
i've been doing ee since tuesday after not doing too well the last 2 weeks.
i feel totally satisfied but do feel i'm eating alot.think its hard to get your head around mixing the red and green freely when your used to one or the other.
i've heard ppl at class raving about ee so thought i'd try it.

well, i haven't been shopping and it seems i haven't got any meat in!!! so it's a green for me today lol... EE with a vengeance tomorrow though! :)

im really pleased you sound really postive after a sts i think sometimes you need it to put things into perspective!

I did a few ee days last week and loved it! So i am going to do more this week. Try not to compare yourself to much to your sister as we are all different i know its easier said than done though! Good luck for next week, you have a great attitude towards the whole thing so im sure you will do well x
 
Hey Beki,

Don't compare yourself to anyone else. You've probably got a different motabolism, more/less muscle and so on. Anything between 1-2lbs per week is perfect, you might of just had a funny 5 minutes and the scales didn't want to know! Believe me I know how annoying it is when you have a skinny **** of a friend who eats more that you do and remains skinny! But there are so many reasons.

Stay positive hun, you can do it!

Go for it Beki. What's one week on this journey if it doesn't work for ou? At least you'll have tried. I do mostly EE, and a couple of Green. I'm going for Success Express this week I think.
 
You already know what I'm going to say don't you? Cast your doubts aside and dive in! To be honest, I can't understand why more people aren't following EE. At class my leader defers to me when people ask about it as I seem to be the only one there doing it! I think my losses speak for themselves, and yes I'm stuffed full tonight after a huge pork casserole. (I know it's summer, but OH is doing the cooking and I want to eat something edible!) Oh and the weeks I put on and STS I cheated!
