I have nearly always followed a low fat diet. I still always read the back of a product and look for things which are under 4g of fat per 100g.
I have bought the Calorie, Carb and Fat Bible 2009 (I think it was wellandgood who recommended it, I can't remember), and would like to know what I am looking for.
When reading the info of a product do you look for a certain amount of carbs per 100g? Can anyone help me so I know what I am looking for?
