Hi all,

Thought i'd introduce myself. I normally do Slimming World but have been struggling, so thought i'd give CS a try!

I only started yesterday and so far so good! I'm going on holiday on 3rd July and would love to shift at least half a stone by then.

I'm vegetarian so am worried i might get a little stuck with things to eat. In the book it says i can have eggs and tofu as my protien part of dinner......does anyone know about anything else?
