Hey guys, been on Xen 3 weeks now and am really pleased with myself, had no slip ups or anything but really want to up my excersise, i have a gym membership but the thing is i work 8am - 6pm 4 sometimes 5 days a week, i work 45mins away from home so by the time i get home its 7pm and to be honest IM KNACKERED! i work weekends and my gym only opens 9-1 on a sat and not at all on a sunday so when i do get the weekend off im limited, i get one day a week off with my boyfriend so we tend to plan days out on that day.
PLEASE do not take this post as a 'woe is me' post!im just looking for any tips or ideas of where to get extra excersize in!
id love to do classes or aqua aerobics but i dont want to go on my own as im quite shy!
