Inspiration needed

Hi Everyone,

I am at a loss as to what to have for my lunch today...I have a HEa left and anything free of course! I am doing EE and would like to use 0 syns. Any ideas? :confused:

What do you have access to?

How about using some cheese for your HEa and have a jacket potato, either with tuna and topped with cheese and a nice green salad, or with my personal favourite...baked beans and cheese!

I love jacket spuds... :D

I am at home and now I can't decide between jacket spud and wedges. Oh my goodness, I have no decision making skills today!
 
Wedges always feel more naughty, I think! More chip-like. And they're nice seasoned with paprika...

But then a classic jacket is just the mutts nuts...

Jackets rule!! Tuna beans and cheese for me - what diet???

Mostly though, when I'm at home I have a 3 egg omelette with bacon, onion, mushrooms and peppers served with baked beans. Syn free and yummy!
 
How about a fritatta? I will often do one if I have left over veg, or sometimes use canned potatoes if I'm feeling lazy. You could do more than 1 baked potato and then use the ones that are left over for potato salads mash skins. I often do a pack of barchelors rice, then do veg in frylight add the rice, mix in whisked eggs and bake in a loaf tin, and you can put quark in it to make it really lush. That's good cold in slices for a packed lunch.
 
I was planning on a big bacon and cheese (HexA) omelette and a mound of SW chips and salad...till i realised i'm out of potatoes, eggs and bacon and the shopping isn't due till between 1pm and 2pm!lol How about that?
 
Oh I hate that! I did the same thing last week, even got to the point of cooking and realised we were out of eggs...how frustrating!! I'm such a plum for not checking before I started...:eek:
