Is this sensible?

I'm having tesco's own meal replacement drinks....

It says you can have one for breakfast, one for lunch and one as a snack, plus 3 other snacks of 100 calories as well as a 600 calorie meal in the evening...

BUT...

I'm having two meal replacement drinks, one for breakfast and one for lunch with two 70 calorie cereal bars, an apple and a satsuma throughout the day. Then obviously my evening meal. I'm drinking around 3 litres of water a day too...

Is this sensible? If not, do you have any suggestions? I'm only on my third day

How many calories are in the Tesco shakes?

The Slim-Fast shakes are around 220 each and with the recommended snacks and 600 calorie meal, we are consuming an average of 1340 calories per day. If what you are having works out to about this then it should be fine.
You are choosing healthy snacks (you could maybe have 2 satsumas?) and drinking plenty of water so that is perfect:)

213 calories... they're made with water as well rather than skimmed milk...more like a hot chocolate drink than a shake...yummy

Glad I'm doing the right thing...I want to lose 28lb by 7th August...since I have a lot to lose it should come off pretty quickly... :)

Thanks for your support!
